How do I book a cleaning service?


Just click Book Now button which will take you to the Services page. From there you can either book a one time session at the time slot of your choice or as part of the pricing plan.




Do I need to provide any cleaning equipment?


Yes, please prepare all necessary cleaning equipment to ensure a smooth and efficient cleaning experience with our Cleaning Technician.




How do I pay for the cleaning?


We accept PayPal will be expand to other modes of payment. You receive an email confirmation for the cleaning service you have purchased.




What kind of cleaning services do we provide?


We offer mainly standard cleaning services that cater towards properties that are in reasonable condition but require on-going maintenance. We can also provide other services such as deep cleaning or move-in cleaning. Please whatsapp/call or drop us an email at contact@princess-sparkle.com to understand more about your needs.




What is your cancellation policy?


Our cancellation and reschedule policy is 48 hours before the date of the cleaning, otherwise our cancellation fee of $50 will be applied.




Are our cleaners pet friendly?


Definitely! We are a pet friendly cleaning service. That being said, we do recommend keeping your wonderful pets in a seperate area during the clean, this will help us stay focused on getting on excellent job done.
